Nature of Our Service:

PoojariKaka is a technology platform that connects customers with independent poojaris. We do not employ poojaris, nor do we guarantee their performance, conduct, or outcomes of rituals. The responsibility of performing rituals correctly lies solely with the individual poojari.

User Responsibilities:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information while booking.
• You must make payments in a timely manner as per booking instructions.
• You must ensure suitability of the location for the pooja (clean, safe, and accessible).
• You must behave respectfully with the poojari.

Limitations of Liability:

PoojariKaka shall not be held responsible for:

• The results of the pooja or blessings obtained.
• Any disputes between customer and poojari.
• Delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction caused by poojari’s performance.

Our liability is limited to facilitating booking and payment processing only.

Intellectual Property:

All text, logos, branding, and website design belong to PoojariKaka. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content.

Indemnity:

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoojariKaka from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their engagement with poojaris.
