Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel a booking.

Cancellations by Customer:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pooja may be eligible for a refund (after deducting platform/administrative charges).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pooja will not be eligible for refunds, as poojaris may have already committed their time and preparation.

Refund Processing:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for transaction charges, admin fees, or non-refundable costs already incurred.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with the pooja outcome (as outcomes depend on personal faith and spiritual beliefs).
  • Failure of the customer to provide a suitable environment for pooja.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows by the customer.

Cancellations by Poojari or Platform:

If a poojari cancels due to unavoidable reasons, customers will either be:

  • Assigned a replacement poojari, or
  • Provided a full refund.
