Poojari Terms & Conditions (For Service Providers)

All Poojaris (service providers) registering and offering services through PoojariKaka must agree to and comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Verification

Every Poojari must provide valid and authentic documents at the time of registration, including but not limited to identity proof (Aadhar Card, PAN, Voter ID, or Passport) and basic personal details (such as full name, age, location, and contact information).

The Poojari is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of the information and documents submitted. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information will lead to immediate suspension or termination.

PoojariKaka reserves the right to independently verify the details provided and may request additional clarification at any time.

2. Independence of Poojari

Poojaris are independent service providers and not employees, agents, or representatives of PoojariKaka. PoojariKaka acts only as an online facilitator that connects clients with Poojaris and provides a secure booking and payment platform. PoojariKaka is not responsible for the manner, quality, or outcome of the services performed by the Poojari.

3. Code of Conduct

The Poojari must always maintain the highest level of professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and respect toward clients. Services must be performed sincerely, truthfully, and without any misrepresentation of rituals, traditions, or outcomes. The Poojari must not engage in any form of misconduct, harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior, whether verbal, physical, or emotional. The Poojari must follow the cultural, traditional, and religious sensitivities of clients without imposing personal beliefs or practices.

4. Payments

Payments for services will be collected exclusively through the PoojariKaka platform. PoojariKaka will release payments to Poojaris after deduction of the applicable platform service fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges. Payouts will be processed as per the payout cycles communicated to Poojaris. Delays caused by banks or third-party processors are outside the control of PoojariKaka.

5. Non-Solicitation & No Direct Dealing

All bookings, interactions, and payments with clients introduced through PoojariKaka must be conducted strictly via the platform. The Poojari is prohibited from collecting or storing client details (including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, or social media profiles) for personal or future use. The Poojari is strictly forbidden from contacting, soliciting, or performing poojas directly for clients outside the PoojariKaka platform, either during or after the service, without prior written consent of PoojariKaka. Any attempt to bypass the platform or divert clients for personal gain will result in: Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Poojari’s account. Forfeiture or withholding of any pending payments. Possible legal action to recover damages for loss of business and harm to the platform’s reputation. By registering, the Poojari acknowledges that all client relationships and data belong exclusively to PoojariKaka.

6. Liability

The Poojari is solely and entirely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and performance of the services offered. PoojariKaka does not guarantee or take responsibility for the effectiveness, success, or outcome of any pooja or ritual. In the event of disputes, dissatisfaction, or damages, the Poojari will be solely liable, and PoojariKaka will bear no responsibility.

7. Termination

PoojariKaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any Poojari who violates these terms, receives repeated complaints, provides false information, or engages in any act that may harm the reputation of the platform. Termination may also occur if a Poojari is found unfit, unprofessional, or unable to provide satisfactory service to clients.

8. Indemnity

The Poojari agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PoojariKaka, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, damages, costs, or losses arising directly or indirectly from: Services performed by the Poojari, Breach of these Terms & Conditions, Misconduct or negligence, Any legal, financial, or reputational damages caused to clients or third parties.
